JZ FLOW LLC · Internal integration

Proposed notice for provider review · Version 11 October 2026

Current status. Direct Thumbtack API access has not been granted for this proposed integration. This notice describes the intended handling if access is approved. It is pending owner adoption. JZ Flow will verify the approved data routes and handling before processing Thumbtack API data.

Who is responsible

JZ FLOW LLC, an Oregon gutter-services business owned by Jacob Stephens, operates the proposed integration for its own business account. For questions or privacy requests, email jzflowllc@outlook.com. This notice concerns the internal integration; it does not replace the privacy notices of Thumbtack or other services.

Information and purpose

The proposed integration will use only information authorized by Thumbtack and needed for internal business organization. Depending on approved access, this may include our Pro profile, lead identifiers and status, customer contact details, service requests, project location and scheduling details, and relevant lead conversations. Selected, separately authorized Jobber records or Outlook communications may provide matching context.

The purpose is to organize records, identify relevant matches, and prepare summaries and proposals for owner review. JZ Flow will minimize or redact unnecessary information before sharing it with tools. This initial scope does not authorize automatic customer messages, bids, purchases, payment or budget changes, or other business-record changes.

Who may receive information

Access will be limited to the owner, expressly authorized personnel, and approved service providers supporting the integration. Planned AI tools include Claude, Codex and Kimi. Only selected information needed for an approved review may be sent to an approved tool; naming a tool does not authorize access to every record.

Buzz will coordinate approved summaries, references and decisions. Raw customer information is excluded from that coordination channel. Before sending personal information to any AI or storage provider, JZ Flow will verify the destination, account settings and permitted handling, including retention and model-training terms. Provider retention and use can differ; this notice does not promise that all tools have identical settings.

Information will not be used for unrelated advertising or resale under this scope. Limited disclosure may be necessary to meet legal duties or respond to unauthorized access.

Retention and protection

Information will be retained only as needed for the approved purpose, legitimate business recordkeeping and applicable legal or contractual duties. Temporary review inputs and duplicate logs should be removed when no longer needed; retained business records may have different requirements. JZ Flow will confirm deletion arrangements for local copies, backups and provider copies before enabling those routes.

Where Thumbtack's API terms require an API CRM to destroy covered data within five business days following cessation of API use or a qualifying Thumbtack request, that requirement will apply, subject to the terms' exceptions. It is not a blanket instruction to delete all business records.

Before processing API data, JZ Flow will verify appropriate access restrictions, credential protection, secure connections, storage controls and incident procedures for the actual implementation. This notice makes no claim of a security certification or a guarantee against every incident. If unauthorized access to API data is discovered, JZ Flow will immediately notify Thumbtack as its API terms require and cooperate with required response and notices.

Your requests and notice changes

Contact the email above to ask about access, correction or deletion of information concerning you. JZ Flow will verify identity proportionately, respond according to applicable law and explain relevant retention limits. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents. Requests about records controlled by another platform may also need to be directed to that platform.

Material changes to the integration's purpose, recipients or handling will require owner review and an updated notice, with any legally required notice or consent. This notice does not waive applicable privacy rights.
