JZ FLOW LLC · Internal integration

Proposed terms for provider review · Version 11 October 2026

These proposed terms are pending owner adoption. They concern authorized users of JZ Flow's internal integration. They are not a gutter-service agreement and do not grant Thumbtack API access or accept Thumbtack's separate terms.

Purpose and agreement

JZ FLOW LLC proposes this integration for read-only organization of its own Thumbtack Pro information and relevant, separately authorized Jobber or Outlook context. Contact owner Jacob Stephens at jzflowllc@outlook.com.

After owner adoption, authorized users must receive and accept these terms before use. Only the owner may authorize the integration or expand its scope. If a user does not agree, that user must not use it. No customer or contractor becomes a user merely because their information appears in a business record.

Authorized use

Use only the sources, scopes, tools and destinations expressly approved for your role. Follow applicable law, platform agreements and the Integration Privacy Notice. Protect credentials, minimize information supplied to tools, and do not bypass access controls, impersonate others or access another professional's account.

The initial scope permits internal review and proposals. It does not authorize customer or lead messages, bids, purchases, payment or budget changes, status updates or customer-record modifications. Later business actions require the owner's specific approval of the proposed changes. Another AI or reviewer cannot provide that approval on the owner's behalf.

Review and responsibility

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify consequential conclusions against source records, distinguish facts from inferences and preserve unresolved questions. A draft or unpaid status in one system alone does not establish a customer's debt. JZ Flow retains responsibility for its business decisions, and users must act within their authorization.

Third-party platforms have separate terms, permissions and availability limits. These terms do not replace those agreements or change customer or contractor rights. Continuous availability, complete synchronization and error-free output are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Incidents, ending access and changes

Report suspected unauthorized access, exposed credentials or harmful errors promptly to the owner. Stop affected work and preserve necessary evidence without spreading private information. JZ Flow may suspend access while investigating and must meet any applicable platform incident-reporting duties.

When access ends, unnecessary authorizations must be revoked and information handled under the privacy notice and applicable retention and deletion obligations. This does not authorize indiscriminate deletion of business history.

Changes to the integration's scope, recipients or handling require owner review and updated terms or notice, with any necessary acknowledgement. New CRM connections, dedicated process agents and server deployment require separate authorization.
